Mag. Nicole Mathé

Univ.Lekt. Mag.iur. Nicole Mathé studied in Vienna and Oxford, specialising in European law. In 1996, she was a research assistant in European law at the University of Vienna, where she ever since then been a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, teaching European law and legal gender studies. She further developed her expertise in French-speaking Switzerland during a 10-year stint as a legal researcher at the Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne. There, she also served as an assessor for the Swiss Foundation for Gifted Students in Zurich and led academic studies for the Council of Europe and training courses in the Baltic states. Since 2004, she has been a Legal Gender Expert for the European Commission in Brussels. In addition, she works as a certified coach in the fields of foreign languages, academic and professional development, personality analysis, and motivation and presentation coaching.
